General Terms and Conditions and Capacity Contracts

Precondition for the transportation service performed by TAG GmbH is the stipulation of a respective Capacity Contract on the basis of the “General Terms and Conditions for Transmission Network Access of Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH” approved by E-Control in the most recent valid version which is available under this section.
