"General Terms and Conditions for Transmission Network Access of Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH", approved by Energie–Control Austria according to section 32 of the Austrian Natural Gas Act 2011, BGBl. I Nr 107/2011, as amended by BGBl. II No. 226/2015.
Energie Control Austria has approved such terms and conditions only in German language. Nevertheless, TAG GmbH has published a convenient English translation.
Please note that in case of any dispute the German version shall prevail.
