In line with the European Guidelines, the Austrian Natural Gas Act ("GWG") 107/2011 and the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanism ("CAM Network Code") as foreseen by EU Regulation 715/2009, Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH (“TAG GmbH”) offers the access to the TAG gas transmission system as well as gas transmission services in accordance with the procedures published below.
According to GWG Article 18, potential System Users interested in capacity for the Austrian Market, have to apply to the Domestic Area Manager ("DAM") who will request the relevant network operator to provide the necessary capacity.
