Data processing

In the course of your application, Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH (Wiedner Hauptstraße 120, A-1050 Vienna; “TAG”) processes your personal data you provided us.

Your data are used for processing your application and to decide on a potential employment at TAG. The legal basis for this processing is TAG’s legitimate interest to examine your application.

TAG will not forward your data to any third party (including affiliated companies).

Your data will be stored for the duration of the application period. In case you are hired, your data will be transferred into the personnel files and stored for the period of your employment relationship with TAG as well as for the period of legal retention obligations. In case there is no employment, the data of your application will be deleted after six months from closing the application process unless you have explicitly agreed that   your application is kept on file. This consent can be revoked any time via email.

Your rights regarding personal data

Amongst other things, you are entitled (i) to verify if and which personal data is stored by us and to obtain copies of such data, (ii) to demand correction, supplementation or deletion of your personal data that are incorrect or are not improperly processed, (iii) to require us to restrict the processing of your data, and (iv) to object the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, (v) to demand data portability, and (vi) to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (for further information see www.dsb.gv.at).
