New leadership duo at the helm of TAG GmbH

As of 1 June 2026, Ms Isabella Pichler-Olearczyk joins Mr Daniele Gamba in leading TAG GmbH succeeding Brigitte Straka-Lang, who retired at the end of May 2026 after 4 years of dedicated service to the company.

Vienna-born Ms Pichler-Olearczyk is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and with her, our company gains an experienced leader who has shaped the energy sector for over 30 years – 20 of those in senior roles at international corporations with a focus on the natural gas sector. Her appointment further reinforces the company’s commitment to security of supply and the energy transition while also continuing TAG GmbH’s strong focus on diversity and equal opportunities in leadership.

Daniele Gamba who has been serving as Managing Director since 2018, will continue to guide the company together with Isabella Pichler-Olearczyk, ensuring continuity and stability in the company’s strategic development.

Together, the new leadership team will continue to address the key challenges facing the energy sector, strengthening TAG GmbH’s role as one of Austria’s leading transmission system operators and actively contributing to a secure and sustainable energy future.
