TAG is obliged or deems it necessary to process Your personal data but is committed to observe Your privacy to the greatest extent possible. When addressing "personal data", any and all information related to natural persons who are identified or identifiable are meant.

We receive Your personal data from You, from TAG systems You use, as well as from public sources.
As concerns all personal data required for the performance of our contract with You / Your company, if You do not provide us with this personal data we may not be able to deliver the requested service as mentioned in the above. On the contrary, for all data processings where you give Your consent, You are entitled to refuse or withdraw Your consent at any time without any detrimental impact on any contact you may have with us. Data transfers
TAG transfers Your data only in a limited manner. Your data are possibly visible for IT service providers who support us with the maintenance of our systems. Such service providers are data processors of TAG.
Furthermore, TAG may transfer your data to the extent necessary for business reasons or to fulfil legal obligations, i.e. to banks, insurances and external advisors (such as attorneys at law or tax advisors) as well as to authorities and public offices or departments (such as E-Control or ACER).
Your data shall not be transferred outside EU.

Security of data collected

Data retention
We shall in principle retain Your personal data only as long as the data are necessary for the respective purpose, and thereafter to the extent a statutory retention period applies.
All personal data necessary for accounting under accounting or tax law (i.e. accounts and records as well as business correspondence) will be retained for a period of seven years.
Any personal data necessary for TAG to assert claims or defend itself from claims will be retained for the duration of the applicable limitation period.

You have the right to (i) request access to Your personal data processed by us, including receiving copy of such data, (ii) as provide by law, request rectification, completion or deletion of Your personal data which are incorrect or unlawfully processed, (iii) request from us to restrict the processing Your personal data, (iv) in certain cases object to the processing of Your personal data, (v) assert the right to data portability, and (vi) in cases of unlawful data processing, raise a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (for further details, please see www.dsb.gv.at).
